A genuinely sequential process — each step gates the next, so you never commit money before you've seen a design and a real price.

Week 1 · free
Design consult
We come to you. We walk the property, measure, talk about how you want to live outside, and flag anything the site is telling us — drainage, access, easements, HOA constraints.
You leave the visit with a clear sense of what's possible and roughly what it costs.

Weeks 2–4
Design and estimate
Our designers produce a full plan of your whole yard — pool, structures, hardscape, planting, lighting — and price it line by line. Every material, every quantity, every trade.
No allowances, no 'TBD'. The number you see is the number the builder signs to.

Week 5
Contract and deposit
You review the design and the price, then sign the construction contract directly with the licensed builder we matched to your project. A 50% deposit starts the job; our 10% project distribution fee comes out of that deposit — you never pay us separately.
We handle permits, HOA submittals, and the build schedule while materials are ordered.
- 04
Typically 8–14 weeks
Build
Your builder's crew does the work. We stay on the project — site checks, schedule management, change-order review, and punch-list enforcement until the final walkthrough.
