What's included

- Engineered footings and columns for wind uplift
- Shingle, metal, or standing-seam roofing to match the house
- Tongue-and-groove or stained ceiling finishes
- Recessed lighting, fans, and weather-rated outlets
- Motorized or fixed screens and infrared heaters
- New or extended patio slab and drainage
- Permits, inspections, and HOA submittals
The roof tie-in is the whole project
Attaching a cover to an existing Oklahoma home is where most of these projects go wrong. Tie in below the existing roofline without the right flashing and slope and you get a leak at the ledger within two seasons — usually right above the door you use most.
We design the connection detail, the pitch, and the flashing before pricing, and the estimate itemizes it. If your roof pitch or existing structure makes a clean attachment expensive, we will tell you that a freestanding pavilion is the better build instead of quietly forcing the tie-in.
Making it a room you actually use in February
A cover alone buys you shade and rain protection. Screens, infrared heaters, a fireplace, and a wind-blocking orientation are what extend an Oklahoma covered patio into late fall and early spring.
We plan the electrical and gas capacity for all of it during design even when you only build part of it now, so adding heaters or a kitchen in two years does not mean opening up a finished ceiling.
Where we build
We design and deliver covered patio projects across the Oklahoma City metro — Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Mustang, Deer Creek, Nichols Hills, Piedmont, Choctaw, and Bethany — and we know each city's permitting and HOA review process firsthand.
